Javascript Percentage/Progress Bar Handler

jsProgressBarHandler is a Javascript based percentage / progress bar, inspired from Bare Naked App. Javascript Progress Bar Handler includes two classes, the jsProgressBar class which define a progress bar and a jsProgressBarHandler class which scans your HTML page for span elements with the progressBar-className and automatic creates progress bars.
