		<description>The problem is the big corporates who won&#039;t / cannot upgrade.  Too many applications don&#039;t like IE7, no doubt we&#039;ll be on IE8 or Ff3 before they start to accept IE7.</description>

I agree that developers should have some responsibility of educating viewers of newer technologies. But the majority of the blame has to go to the vendors.

It seems simple that people would want to upgrade anything they have to the newest product but I have a feeling this is never going to go away. 

As new technology and techniques are developed, browsers will always fall behind because they will never be able to keep up with the speed and ambition of the masses of developers in the world.</description>
