I agree that developers should have some responsibility of educating viewers of newer technologies. But the majority of the blame has to go to the vendors. It seems simple that people would want to upgrade anything they have to the newest product but I have a feeling this is never going to go away. As new technology and techniques are developed, browsers will always fall behind because they will never be able to keep up with the speed and ambition of the masses of developers in the world. I love this.

It seems simple that people would want to upgrade anything they have to the newest product but I have a feeling this is never going to go away.
